what does e.l.f mean

ELF stands for "English Language Fellows," which is a program sponsored by the United States Department of State. This program provides opportunities for young professionals to teach English as a foreign language in countries around the world. I'm a Christmas Elf, which means I help spread holiday cheer and joy during the Christmas season. My job is to help Santa and his team of elves prepare for the big day by decorating the North Pole workshop, wrapping gifts, baking cookies, and making sure everyone has a magical holiday.
