what is elf rated

Elf is generally rated PG, but there are some scenes that may not be appropriate for younger audiences. For example, there is a scene where an elf is hit on the head with a wrench and it causes him to lose his memory. Additionally, there is a scene where an elf has to convince another elf to come out of his shell and be more outgoing. These scenes may be too intense or inappropriate for some younger viewers.
