what to get your friend for christmas

My friend is very particular and hard to shop for. She loves animals and nature, so I was thinking of getting her a gift that reflects her interests. I've seen some really beautiful nature photography books that would make a great gift. I'm also considering getting her a plush animal of her favorite species, like a cute little owl or fox. Do you have any other suggestions?
