when do you put elf on a shelf out

Elf on the Shelf is a popular tradition where an elf doll is placed in a home to watch children's behavior and report back to Santa. In our workshop, we start setting up the Elf on the Shelf display around the beginning of December. We create a special scene with the elf doll and decorations to get children excited for the holidays. It's always a fun project to work on!
