when does london decorate for christmas

Well, London is a bit different than America. In America, we start decorating for Christmas right after Thanksgiving. But in London, people start decorating for Christmas even earlier, sometimes as early as October! I mean, I guess it makes sense since Christmas is such a big holiday there, but it's a little strange to me. But either way, there's always a lot of Christmas cheer and decorations in London around this time of year.
