Christmas is celebrated by many Hispanic families on December 24th, known as "Nochebuena" or "Christmas Eve." The celebrations often include a large dinner with traditional dishes such as tamales, ponche, and buelos. Children may leave out shoes for the Three Wise Men to fill with gifts. On December 25th, many families gather for a more relaxed day of sharing presents and enjoying holiday traditions like "Los Reyes Magos," where the Three Wise Men deliver gifts to children.
