I know what you mean. Texas has its own unique Christmas traditions. The weather is warm, so you don't have to worry about snow. People here like to have big family gatherings and enjoy traditional dishes like tamales and pecan pie. We also have some special events, like the Dallas Holiday Parade and the Houston Zoo Lights.
