When Christmas was young, it was a simple holiday celebrated by only a few people. It was a time of joy and peace, a time to gather with family and friends to share in the warmth of the season. As the years went by, however, Christmas grew in popularity and became a much larger holiday. It began to be associated with gifts and a jolly man in a red suit who traveled the world delivering presents to children. This legend of Santa Claus brought joy to many, but it also began to overshadow the true meaning of Christmas.
