Christmas trees are native to the temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere. They are found primarily in the forested areas of Europe, Asia, and North America. In the wild, they grow to be quite tall and can reach heights of up to 80 feet. However, when they are grown for commercial purposes, they are usually harvested at a younger age, typically around 6 to 10 years, to ensure that they have the desired shape, color, and height for use in holiday decorations.
