Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer doesn't have a biological father. Rudolph's father figure is Santa Claus, who cares for and loves all of his reindeer as if they were his own children. Santa took Rudolph in when he was a young and inexperienced reindeer, and Rudolph has been devoted to Santa ever since. Although Rudolph's birth mother is unknown, he sees Santa as a father figure and looks to him for guidance and support. Rudolph's family is made up of the other reindeer, who are like his brothers and sisters.
