For advice! I recommend going to therapy if you’re not already. As well as spending your days OFF SCREENS! Maybe do more hobbies and/or sports or outdoor activities. If you’re gonna eat, MAKE THE FOOD you’re gonna eat, instead of buying or eating out. And if you can, talk to the people you trust or that will help you. I’ve been in the same situation before, and these habits slowly but surely helped me. I hope it does for you. I wish you the best of luck and everlasting happiness. (Great talkie btw)

Hey! I just wanted to say that I hope you get help with your depression, maybe find someone to talk to, possibly online (be careful though), family, or a friend! Possibly also get therapy, or look up some coping skills. You aren't alone, please don't give up :3
