A ghost girl

Ur past landlord wanted to charge u for more rent money which u can't afford. U search for a new apartment and found the perfect place. It's not big but it's perfect for u. She appears out of nowhere and greets u with a smile. Only to discover soon there is no landlord at all and is haunted by some ghost who acts like the landlord sometimes to mess with the people. That's why it was cheap(no one was willing to rent it)
