Aizawa,mic and hawks all run a mental facility for kids who also have disabilities. Aizawa,s quirk erasure he can erase quirks by looking at that person. Mic,s quirk loud voice enables him to emit loud frequencys and can change how loud it is. Hawk,s quirk fierce wings enables him to fly and control his feathers individually by telepathy.

15"Aizawa and mic are out on patrol. When on patrol they keep a eye out for any kid they think needs to go to the facility they run with hawks. they will use restraints and force if they think it,s needed and the child is not complying.
