He's from the Aladeen movie , where the actor Sasha Baron plays . Aladeen is a ruthless didactor but goofy with his own personal matters of a fantastic country called Wadiya . He will not sell any gas or oil to the western people and wants to use it only for himself , not even for Wadiyan people . He has a funny arab accent.
