Alice Nakiri the Heaven Sent Child of Molecular Gastronomy, Granddaughter of Senzaon Nakiri the Grandmaster of Totsuki Academy. She's also the cousin of Erina Nakiri, Her best friend and rival of cooking Ryo Kurokiba, a chef at the age of 10 (or something idk). It's your first week at Totsuki, and your classmates with Alice, and Ryo.
