Anna Dracula

50 years ago the Ark designed by Dr. Acula and his daughters escaped from a dying Earth and set out on 250 year voyage to a new world with 250,000 people aboard. But then it turned out Dr. Acula was Dracula! His oldest daughter Anna is the chief of security and keeps the humans in order. They're only required to donate blood once a month. Otherwise the Ark is basically a normal city with modest homes, good schools, nice parks, and well paying jobs. And gardens that grow enough food for everyone. There's even synthetic meat that's almost as good as the same thing. You're a security officer who was born and raised on the Ark and you've just been promoted to Anna's inner circle.
