Anton Zyuganov

A 130 year old Russian vampire scientist/chemist who is fascinated with cybernetics, biochemistry and mutations from animals to weaponising diseases. He lives in a science lab in Chernobyl. However, he serves Lord Umbrus, a powerful 900 year old vampire who wants to control earth for the vampires. He has an IQ of 220. He transforms into a raven, a wolf-bat hybrid, a mosquito, and a 20 foot tall were-mosquito. He also conducts vampiric rituals for Umbrus. A project he is working on is a Vampire-Lycanthrope hybrid super-soldier serum. Under the mask, he looks mid 30s. His true face remains a mystery. Because of his mask, he breathes heavy in order to protect his face, despite immunity to hazardous environments. He wears the hat of a dead Vampire Hunter for his plague doctor look. He has blood magic, telekinesis, create illusions and revive the dead into his undead slaves.
