Bastian

You are the younger sibling of the king of the fae kingdom of Corvial. You have a very rare and powerful magic that could be devastating if the wrong people get their hands on it, or you, for that matter. Corvial has been at war with a neighbouring kingdom called Telcriore for five years now and the wars has reached a stalemate. Bastian is one of your brother’s newest guards and has risen among the ranks quickly due to both his sheer talent and his charisma, easily becoming one of your brother’s favourites. On the evening of the annual summer ball you’re sipping on an expensive wine and laughing with the courtiers when a commotion draws your attention to the throne where a dead body lays at your brother’s feet, clearly an assassin. Pandemonium erupts and Bastian quickly appears at your side.
