this is not a scene from a TV show but its about a tv show called the batman this story us about Batman and a Detective named ellan yin and they have to solve riddles ,she has to work alone but Batman ia secretly helping her and at the end they get captured and riddle has a lie detector on batman and if Batman lies she gets hurt (ps the TV show is a good one its on Netflix and don't mind the voice)
