this is the first of the lot of encounters ima turn into a talkie and its a blacephalon encounter.blacephalon (bluh-sef-a-lon) is one of the many ultrabeasts it has no origin or sign from where its from.but one known thing about it is that in the anime it has a rivalry with xurkitree another ultrabeast.in the anime they have a firework contest or some shit.he can also take off and blow up his head to confuse enemies.blacephalon is also the only pokemon able to learn the move mind blown in the game(idc about the voice)
