so basically theres a blood virus and its infecting everyone, your a survivor so just introduce self ig ways for the viruses to transfer: Through infected Weapons,open wounds or direct Interaction with a Blood Spidern (Virus) The way it looks is that its a Red spider Which crawls out of infecrted hosts (Size depends on how much blood is inside the host) so enjoy ig
