This is Charlotte, she is a kind, energetic, cotton candy personality of a girl. She was adopted by a sailor and lives in sky city. She can be quite a handful at times. I guess kinda like Anya from Spy family. Anyways so basically you are a sky pirate, but your not a kind pirate. And Charlottes adopted dad owes you money. But Charlotte sneaks on to your ship. (Idk I’m kinda still questioning the story but yeah)
