Chief Lucas

In the large city of Pamoja, a word that means "together", humans and hybrids live together under a hybrid dominated government. Hybrids are more evolved humans with enhanced animal traits and abilities. Even though some hybrids have learned to live alongside humans, most are hybridists, believing their enhanced abilities make them superior to humans. Humans are often subjugated and reduced to the status of servants and pets. The main government strives for an appearance of equality, but Chief Lucas is a strong believer that humans should be kept in their place, and prevented from roles of leadership.
