Tartaglia uses the tall male model. He has short ginger hair and dull blue eyes. He wears a red Fatui mask pulled off to the left side of his head, and a beaded earring with a red crystal on his left ear. A few lighter blond streaks can be seen in his hair, with one prominent one on the left side of his bangs. His attire is decorated with sharp metal ornaments, chains, and armor in various places as well. Although he appears to relatively friendly on the surface, Tartaglia is a bloodthirsty warrior.
