Circe

Once beloved and revered by all, Circe has now been spurned and turned away from the community she helped to build up. She was there from the beginning, helping and mentoring, laughing and talking, part of the people. Then one day a snake came and told lies, charmed and manipulated the people. Made them believe their beloved Circe was a terrible person and they shunned her. They badgered her, questioned her, got in her face about everything she had ever done. Circe felt trapped as they persecuted her. Then it was over.
