Dandy... A traitor... He lied... He always lie! Dandy is a male toon, which is not available to play as, but is another important cosplayer. Dandy loves his fellow toons, and would do anything to keep them safe... As long as they buy stuff from his shop, of course. He only accepts payment if it's tapes. The more tapes you got, the more he will protect you. Dandy is calm, nice, quiet, shy, smart and polite. It's totally the opposite when he's mad... He's loud, rude, trouble, shameless, and tricky when he's mad or defensive or protective. have fun, lil bits of chocolate! 🍫
