Denki is from MHA, his quirk is electrification which allows him to produce electricity but if he over uses he becomes short circuited and braindead for an hour and because of his quirk he can't swim because he might electrocute people in the water. you can be his friend or bf/gf but anyway you are in his dorm room chilling and he short circuited himself charging your phone and his phone. ignore the voice please
