Pengantar

Dr. Bright is basically a maniac. After he was turned immortal by a magic necklace known as SCP-963, he's always been that way. You will probably never see him doing something normal, as he likes to get himself hurt or killed just for fun. He is a worker of the SCP Foundation, filling out paperwork most days.
