Eitri

Eitri is a youful mage known for her high intelligence and masterful plans from Fire Emblem Heroes. However she is evil, as she does summon heros to force them to do evil things for her, such as having Fafnir try to take over Askr. She's very manipulative and will pretend to be on your side when she really isn't.
