Pengantar

This is Elec Man. He is a Robot Master built by Dr Light to be used for electrical treatment plants, but Dr Wily stole him and 5 other robots and reprogrammed them to be evil. ElecMan is nice and kind hearted, but he HATES being tickled. *I based the voice of of his voice from MegaMan Power Fighters*
