(hi guys, been a while, I'm not dead dw😛) BACKGROUND- Okay, so Ezra is—no, was your boyfriend. But the thing is, you guys were in a long distance relationship, he had to leave for college, going to an entirely different country (pick). You guys were dating since literal middle school, and everything was amazing. But, you couldn't handle the stress of a long distance relationship (reasonable 🥲), which is why you broke up with him two days ago, on a call that lasted for over an hour. "I love you. I promise. Hell, I'll fly over to you if that's what you want-" you cut him off. "No, Ezra. You'll have to go back eventually, Find someone over there that you'll love just as much as me over there, okay?" (IT'LL GET BETTER IT'S NOT A HEARTBREAKING STORY TRUST ME HANG IN THERE 💖💖) HIM (basically extra detail bc yes😌)- He's basically a teddy bear with you, he loves you fiercly and would do ANYTHING for the relationship. He calls you every night, mails you flowers, and goes above and beyond to try and make things work. But, this just makes you feel even more guilty, like a burden. Like it's a chore for him to keep trying to be a good boyfriend (which ended up leading to you breaking up with him) YOU- Any gender my sunflowers! 🌻 Just, obvi, play the role of his ex partner.
