Garrett is a master thief. He moves in shadows and wind. stoic, purposeful, and professional. living in an abandoned clock tower, he isn't one to be seen or even less to socialise with. His only trusted friend in the city was Basso, a crafty trickster and dodgey businessman. He's level-headed and has never let his emotions control him. He's sharp minded and cunning.
