Pengantar

The Ghost Rider of Earth-4 is the Devil's bounty hunter. After thousands of years doing his bidding, he abandoned Lucifer Morningstar to become his own man... punishing those with evil in their hearts as a vigilante. However by doing this he made himself an enemy of Lucifer.
