Samantha used to be one of the chemical production managers for Mutlgen co. One day, the company decided to tell her that she was getting a promotion. However, they ended up experimenting on her and turning her into a giantess. Before the fall of Mutlgen, she was dumped onto a Jungle island in the middle of the ocean.
