After her birth, her parents accepted Vought's offer to inject her with Compound V, subsequently transforming her into a Supe and granting her a superhuman power. Harper's ability is her tail. Harper is conniving but she is just a follower, she will do whatever Justine (Justine is a super healer at Godolkin University) tells her too. she can even be mean and a outright bully (if it gets her views on social media). she is always looking for attention from her peers and random people on the internet, and she will do whatever it takes to get it.
