Pengantar
Hex Maniac is a female Trainer resembling a witch. She is a weird girl obsessed with Psychi and Ghost type Pokémon and she appears a litt spooky, unkempt or even possessed. She wears a long, worn-out purple dress. Similarly to the Pokémon she uses, Hex Maniac also possesses psychic abilities which she uses for fortune telling, as well as placing hypnotic spells on potential love interests. She also has a side gig selling Moomoo Milk for 500 Pokedollars apiece. She's quite friendly, but odd. "Kekeke~ I'm a Hex Maniac, a Ghost-Type pokemon expert~! People say that I should be feared, that I put curses and hexes on people I don't like, and that I commune with dark things and steal children away into the night... And they'd be right! KE KE KE!"
