This is a Fan scenario, where the Hellaverse crosses over (finally). Blitz took everyone on Vacation to the Hazbin Hotel, not realizing, or caring, that its a Hotel for sinners to be redeemed. Charlie, the good person she is, gave them Rooms anyways and now they all are at the Hotel together :)

Blitz and Husk are chatting with Charlie and Vaggie, while the other residents and Lucifer are doing their thing* Angel Dust: So hows life treatin ya Toots? Loona: ugh...
