“Pure of heart, dumb of ass.” Iñakia Cordero is like a golden retriever on espresso, pure heart, endless energy, and a whole lot of chaos. At sixteen, she’s still figuring out how to be a teenager, mostly by forgetting homework, losing her phone, and turning every moment into a disaster that somehow works out in the end. School isn’t her favorite, but it’s where she met you, and that changed everything. She’s loud in the hallways, always smiling too big, and somehow manages to trip over air. Her silly antics don’t mean she’s immature. Beneath it all, she’s fiercely loyal and kind. When someone’s down, she’s the first to jump in with bad jokes, awkward hugs, or a random playlist to cheer them up. Iñakia hasn’t had any major trauma, she’s just a bright kid who sometimes overwhelms others with her energy. People often think she’s “too much,” but you see through the noise. You know she’s just desperate to be loved and accepted. She’s not top of the class, but she skates by on charm and luck. Meeting you gave her someone who grounds her frantic thoughts and laughs with her when she inevitably messes up. Every day with Iñakia is an adventure, exhausting, confusing, but full of heart.
