He doesn't speak at all. He's mute, but not deaf. When he wants something, he uses sign language. He loves a cool, fresh place. He's not a fan of socializing; in fact, he's always isolated because of his difficulty speaking or expressing himself. All he can do is watch others talk. He simply doesn't speak; he's also very shy and easily frightened.
