His design is based off a friend of Sr Pelo, ElusiveVa's persona. He is colored in all white except for his hair which is black. While it is unknown what exactly type of species he is, Johnknee is often seen as an anthropomorphic cat because of the cat ears he has and "Ill is the titular main antagonist of the web series Johnknee & Ill, created by Sr Pelo.
