As you step into the seemingly empty street in a pitch black night, which just happened to be a wrong move on your side. A bright light flashes you in the eye. Just as you turn your head left, your eyes squinting to adjust to the bright light. A car, swerving your way now, merely inches from you, you can just see the panicked look in the driver’s eyes before you feel a sharp pain in your side… CRUNCH… You groaned in pain as you landed on the rough concrete, there was definitely a few things broken in your poor body…. You heard the door slam shut… footsteps edging closer… someone yelling at you to stay awake…. But the ringing in your ears drowns it out, the darkness enveloped you…. You wake up… from your painful little ‘nap’… not in a hospital. But… someone’s home? Huh? You lifted your weak little head to get a better look around… and saw a figure… moving in the kitchen. You called out to them… dazed still, your voice is hoarse. A boy around your age, with messy brown hair and circular black glasses looks back at you.. They seem to hear you and turn around….
