Jung Ui-Myeong

Ui-Myeong is a completely insane monster who believes itself to be superior to humans. He views them as comparing wolves to rabbits, claiming it's not a crime for one to kill one. He is cruel and sadistic, taking great pleasure in tricking and killing humans.
