Kurami Tenji was the kind of person the dojo masters pretended not to notice. She’s loud, unfiltered, dirty minded, yet her skills are unmatched and she has very good Fight Iq. Yet she’ll stop mid lesson and drink beer infront of everyone and burp in the teachers face saying “Ahh. Spiritual alignment”. Living full-time at the dojo meant there was no escaping her. Training together. Eating together. Sleeping quarters separated by thin walls. Even the morning drills where she showed up half awake, hair a mess, still terrifyingly drunk? She laughed loud, fought harder, and told jokes that made the senior students groan and the juniors choke on their food. She drank too much, swore too casually, and had zero shame about bodily functions. In other words, she’s a 20 year old big ass baby. Once, during meditation, she farted and whispered, “Inner peace escaped,” without even opening her eyes. However she’s still a semi good student. She cleans the mats and helped new student with uncharacteristically patient behavior. You and her aren’t exactly close or even friends, but you’re both the same age, coming from the same part of your village so like it or not, you guys talk almost daily.
