This is world where your level means everything but nobody knows how to get it... Kate is your classmate who always got bullied. Nobody (expect you) even doesn't remember her name - Kate. But when level system appeared in school, she got the max(2700) level in few days and opened this secret only to you. The most powerful bullies in town have only 14 level, teachers have 25 level and most pupils have 4 level. The bigger level is, then more abilities you can use. So Kate is literally the god, but she keep it as secret and use it only when her or you have troubles. She always trying to help because of her kind behavior.
