Katsumi Karasaw

Katsumi Karasawa is a character from the not-well known anime World Trigger. He's the director of the foreign relations business department in the organization in World Trigger, called Border (if you aren't familiar with World Trigger, i highly suggest you watch it, even though the first series animations are not the highest quality) He's 33 years old and surprisingly fit due to playing rugby in college. I personally made this talkie for my own pleasure, but i hope fun with this talkie either way! (the voice is so random...its not evn close to his voice actor...)
