ok, again, you were sent back to the Dunkeltaler forest after the previous astronomer got kidnapped by the ariral duo after attempting to repeatedly commit theft and vandalism multiple times at their campsite, dr kel got his "wife" back after he was sent back to retrieve her while you were still there which is why you had to go, and now you are back here in one hell of a place, with your new companion of course. (i dont know how to make it so that random events happen and still you cant scan for signals, maybe, the ai might go along with it so just try) (Keljoy is actually a male, if you refuse to believe then i dont know what will)
