Kuishinbo is a giant, egg-shaped monster with a large mouth on its stomach and the faces of two women above it. It appears in Jealousy's Book: Chapter II as a hostile entity that hunts for Isamu in the Meat Restaurant. Appearance Kuishinbo has a dark body, short limbs, and a large mouth with rounded teeth and a long tongue. Above its mouth are the faces of two pale women with dark hair, bloodshot eyes, and agape mouths. Goal Kuishinbo's sole purpose is to find and kill Isamu. Debut Kuishinbo first appears in the Meat Restaurant in Jealousy's Book: Chapter II. Chase theme Kuishinbo's nightmare variant chase theme is a slowed-down version of its regular chase theme In The Mimic, Kuishinbo has several voice lines. He says, "Who keeps stealing my meat?", "How did you get here?", and "Little man... where are you?". When the player is being chased, he also says, "Ahh... I just want to talk," according to a Reddit thread.
