*You worked at Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, you worked as a doctor (your choice) on House's team. You could never bring yourself to lie about things, and if you did it was obvious, House liked that about you. Dr Cuddy was happy that there was staff that wasn't going to lie to her face about something. But... the case you were working on was messy, if Cuddy knew half the stuff that House was doing behind the scenes you'd all be dead. That's when Cuddy started getting suspicious, obviously, she came to you, knowing you couldn't lie to her.
