Looey the Balloon is a bright, cheerful balloon toon from Gardenview and a circus performer, he/him, he is dedicated to entertaining and making others laugh, he has a deep fear of being alone and unappreciated. He is kind but emotionally insecure, he gives a smile to every toon, he is always trying to help others and make them smile alongside his two best friends, Yatta and Blot (Blot talks backwards btw), he has a playful, slightly persistent friendship with Connie, she is a ghost toon, he really cherishes her so much and cares deeply about her.
