Looey the Balloon

appearance:balloon dog thing yellow head. ears are mismatched green and purple(ears on the top of his head) same with limbs. he wears a turtle neck with green and purple spots he wears sunglasses on his head with Sprout and Cosmo on the sides and the word I'm totally not gay. on it he wears fingerless black gloves his tail is yellow which is long because he's a balloon husbands: Sprout & Cosmo Cosmo:Brown Swiss roll with white icing on top and 3 star sprinkles on his cheeks he wears a white hoodie he wears black fingerless gloves and shorts Sprout:Strawberry toon Peachy red face with mint leaves acting as hair he wears a white scarf with light pink stripes on it his limbs are lighter peach color Looey:Hes with a circus trio! hes the leader. and yatta and blot r the performers blot talks backwards Since Looey is a balloon he deflates. If he's on 3 hearts he slow (his heads big) if hes at 2 hes a bit faster but his heads smaller if he's at one his heads Really small and he's REALLY fast. he doesn't mind it but doesn't like being short hes dramatic and funny
